Hi everyone!

Well, I'm home - I got off the plane at about 4:30pm my time - and man, was I happy to see Roger waiting for me.

It was really hard to leave Gram, though; I was doing okay until I told her I had to go home, and she started to cry, and that just did me right in. We've bonded so much over the past two weeks, and it broke my heart to see a tear slide down her cheek when I said I had to go home...
It's been a long, hard haul, these past couple of weeks. My body has done things it hasn't done in about 13 years, and I've had to use muscles I forgot I had - but, it was worth it, and I know I'd do it again in a heartbeat, if Shari needs me to. When I think about how Shari has done everything on her own for the past eight years... Well, all I can say is, I had a lot of respect for her before I went out there, but I have a whole helluva lot more for her since I've been there.
The flight home was awesome - clear skies most of the way, this time. We did have a few bumpy spots, but the pilot was fantastic, and he handled the plane wonderfully. If ever I want or need to fly again, it's going to be with WestJet, that's for sure.
I'm really pooped, right now, so I'm going to go and have a nap. But, once I've had some down time, I'll drop by and visit everyone - probably tomorrow (Sunday). For now, I just wanted to come in and let you all know that I got home safe and sound, and that I've really missed everyone.
Teri, if you happen to read this, I got your email to your blog, and I've left you a comment...

Okay, folks, that's it for me for now. I'll catch up with you tomorrow...
