Well, Mother Nature has decided that there's just too much noise and far too much stupidity going on around the city, so She has decided to make it snow - slow folks down, make them stop yelling at each other long enough to pay attention to what may lie ahead...

On the home front, Mother Nature also wants people to slow down and take a long, close look at what real beauty is.  So, She is making snow fall from monochrome skies, creating a living, breathing, three-dimensional painting more perfect and more beautiful than any scene Norman Rockwell could have conceived.  It is truly beautiful...



We no longer get the kind of snowfall here in the cities (or even on the prairies) that some places have. There was a time when we did, but that time has long past. We now get more subtle beauty.

 


So, when the weather feels like it's taking forever to change into spring, try to remember the apple tree. Underneath the snow, life is waiting to be born. In the meantime, just know the snow angels are present, waiting to help deliver Spring...
